At the hallmark of Lipa City Colleges' (LCC) 78th Founding Anniversary, institution's President, Dr. Joe Vincent J. Abiera highlighted LCC community's resilience, shared mission, and decades-long commitment to shaping values-driven leaders.

In his tribute, Dr. Abiera announced two initiatives: PCMEAP, a four-year tuition support program for financially challenged students, and LCC Cares, a fund drive for typhoon-affected families in Catanduanes.
