Old Students

• Present your report card at the registrar’s office.
• Fill up the registration form and submit to registrar’s office for validation.
• Proceed to the cashier for the payment and wait for your official receipt.

New Students and Transferees

• Present the following requirements at the registrar’s office:

• Report Card

• Certificate of Good Moral Character

• Original PSA authenticated birth certificate

• 1 pc (2x2) photo

• Fill up the registration form and submit to registrar’s office for validation.
• Proceed to the cashier for the payment and wait for your official receipt.

Note: All documents submitted will be for office file and such cannot be retrieved.
